Sam Parkin

I have lived in Moretonhampstead all my life, and with both my children born here, I’m proud to serve the community as Parish Clerk. Since joining the Council in 2019, I’ve taken on responsibility for governance, financial management, policy development, and supporting councillors in their work. I particularly enjoy organising community events, managing the Council’s finances, and caring for the churchyard and open spaces. My focus is on ensuring the Council operates efficiently, transparently, and in the best interests of residents.
